    No brainer. I just tossed in a few bucks for them. Hopefully they make their goal.

    Vinny, Thanks for the donation.

    Loren: thanks for the post. 1/2 team can afford to go to florida and the other half can’t. So we are raising travel money for the kids.

    Thanks to anyone who can donate.

    In life making a difference is often hard to do but here it’s a life changing experience for a young boy.

    I sent in my 2x too… you’re absolutely beyond right with everything you said, Loren. AND you made me laugh, as you always do, which is awesome. I still think we should rally up on Google et al to sponsor the whole team and let the parents who could pay keep the money, let the kids split up the donations for some extra R&R while they’re there… .

    I don’t really care about football. Never have. Football is just a game and it doesn’t change anything. You want to change a kid’s life? Adopt one. That’s right. I said go down to your local orphanage and ADOPT a 10 or 13 year old. That’s changing a kid’s life for the better. Not sending a bunch of kids to a football game. Get real.

    @Boofalos:
    Ok idiot. Your idealism prevents anything from getting done. Sure people are going to do that. They CAN give a few bucks to help some kids who ARE into football you fucking dope.

    UBD (www.blogdesign.com) is happy to donate $50 to these kids. We’ve all played competitive sports and I’ve personally been on a state championship team for soccer, so it was a no-brainer.

    I just made a donation on behalf of Makai Bikes. Thanks for the heads up on this. Seems like a great cause.

    First time visitor… this is definitely an, um, interesting blog. Not sure I’ve laughed so much or enjoyed watching someone in front of a camera.

    Anyhow, I am now subscribed and I dropped $50 in for the kids even though I live in Texas… so if you live in the same town as these kids and you can’t even match me you suck.

    And to the Boofa guy rambling on about adopting kids - which is a great thing don’t get me wrong - just shut up and match my $50. If you do, leave a comment here, and I will give another $50.

    American Football?

    LOFL

    Rugby with body armour and adverts every 2 seconds. Get the kids doing a proper sport.
