I wish I knew of a job for your friend. Thanks for a Christmas post that inspires me to do something good for someone else today instead of picking at my old family wounds as we gather round my parents’ tree in a few minutes. Cheers.
Good luck to your friend, Loren. I’m looking around for a new job too and know what a clusterf**k it can be in New York, especially in tech. This was cool of you.
The entire town has shut down and we’re all spending the holiday eating food and fishing. I have my fiance and her mother visiting from Europe. Its a big deal going on.
Well, I wish your friend the best of luck and I’m sure lots of folks will get to see your video. Maybe you can get this cat a job so he can take care of his family. Thats what its all about.
Thats cool that Hugh stops by your pad. I didn’t know you rolled that deep, sir. Hugh is my blog hero. He’s one of the cats who actually made me think this shit could apply to the workin’ man.
And you’re right up there with him.
Hope the best with you and yours and have an awesome day.

Dick,
All the fucking players roll through here, some just let you know it, others dont want to be associated with me, publicly at least. Hugh is the smartest fucking guy on the web for regular Joes like us. Have a Merry Christmas Dick. All the best to you.
Hope it ends up happy for anyway. Chritmases are usually drama driven.
I hope you get your wish too. I have no connections whatsoever to help. But I always suggest substitute teaching to people between jobs. It’s pretty flexible most places and can be dropped when the right opportunity comes along.
Happy Holidays, Dude. I wanted to ping you the following on Twitter, but it looks like it’s down [yet again] for the moment:
