   I totally agree with you, I’ve been thinking on this for awhile. Web 2.0 is really about giving the user control, now that works with digg on a large scale but it can also work for niche things on a tiny scale, as you say like 4 users. Any business can be Web 2.0 even if they sell trees or make widgets, its all about repecting your customers and doing it better than the Web 1.0 Trees seller down the street.

   Here in Ireland its nearly 7pm Friday evening so I’ve had a beer or two and am feeling philosophical so forgive me if it sounds like bullshit.

   On a lighter note, you kill me, you are an honoury Irishman because of your no bullshit, call it as you see it, take the piss out of pretentious people, stick.

   So my fantasy is the reformation of the Gillmor Gang with you on the call. I dream of you and JC calling Bullshit on thye West Coast Guy’s. Sorry toooooo much Guinness.

   I’ve just been watching your 9/11 5 Years on video very powerful the black girl in uniform such a captivating image, and the childs card saying “If you have a broken heart here is a new one” Wow.
   Anyway can you tell me who is the band that is playing over it.

   Trees are cool. My favorite is the Dogwood. Those trees you are going to help sell sound pretty expensive.

   Loren,

   I know this is a little off topic, but your videos are always awesome quality with good sound. What are you using? I’d gather from some of your “bed” videos you use a laptop with build in webcam. Macbook with FinalCut Pro maybe? Or am I wrong? I’m considering starting up myself and want to know what you’re using to point myself in the right direction.
