I’ve often thought VC money chokes projects, not that turn a few million big ones down mind you. But there’s no doubt that not having huge financial backing means you make double sure that you get your shit right.

rockin’! Thanks Loren. Glad you like the site!

I’ll be opening for more ‘beetroot’ testers, after the ‘alfalfa stage’ pretty soon.

Hoping to prize open a few investor’s wallets at a conference in London next week, so i can take this to the next level :)

Heheh. I *do* have a good life, and yes, a HOT fiancee! :)

    thanks again! Kick ass! :)

Congrats to kosso for building this service.
In a parallelism it reminds me Techcrunch50 (Phreadz.com) and DEMO (Seesmic). Free (1 guy, no money, no marketing, lot of work)VS Paid (Tons of money for development , infrastructure , marketing , personnel etc). Both do the same things almost but…I really wonder who will win… Because at the end of the day only the Best one wins!
    Anyway my 2 cents!

Nice one Kosso. And yes it rocks. But this shouldn’t be seen as a win or loose for either services. Seesmic is very different to Phreadz. There are more parallels with Utterz.

As Kosso puts it, this is conversation network symbiosis. Everything that seesmic claimed to stand for when it launched.

Bring it on, I say and both services will benefit from this.

both services will join deadpool soon anyway. one of these two will loose a lot of money and be banned from the valley for ever though. his name starts with an L, just after the K of Kosso.

thanks pam! :) you just gave me an idea for a new product: a ‘deadpool cleaner’.

It will go around the bottom sucking up all sorts of stuff.

No idea what exactly it would clean up, or what stuff would be left.

I also wonder if it will be Cherry or Raspberry flavour. :)
