  2. 8 seconds before you said it; I noticed the accent and was wondering how you turned left? Gabe was having a good time.

Something I noticed about puppet interviews is that it really disarms people and they tend to be more relaxed. It has to do with how people revert to their memories of the muppets and innocence and youth possible. That, and they just can’t be serious.

    Just my 2 cents. Cheers!

p.s. techmeme is a great point for people to gather and quickly find what is happening around technology fire storms.

  3. I knew this was going to come! Ha ha!
Now, who’s next? Jeff Jarvis? Om Malik?

  4. This video is several hours too short and that puppet is several hundred pounds underweight.

  8. I generally like your stuff, but this is not your best work. Still, Scoble is worthy of parody and Techmeme is a circle jerk.

  11. Love these Loren… you should hook up your interviewees with mics though… the past two interviews have been hard to hear.

  14. Techmeme is awesome but don’t make fun of Scoble!! (who is the voice of Scoble puppet??). And yes, why does TechCrunch dominate Techmeme (not that it isn’t influential, #1 blog on Technorati).

  16. I share Ben’s concern about the miking. Or perhaps you think it’s more important that we hear the construction worker in the Village People, rather than hearing Gabe Rivera?
