Jeff Pulver v. Most of Israel – This is a good one. (Link) Calacanis v. Arrington – See their twitter streams. Calacanis v. Laporte – He asked permission for the 100th time. He asked permission. Julia Allison v. RBNS – A classic. There are many more out there, but to me these are the most entertaining at the moment. If only we could learn to love our fellow netizens the web would be so much better. Unfortunately it’s so much more fun and interesting to fight over who’s the biggest dope. I have lived in Israel for the past seven years. I went through many metamorphoses during that time period, starting as an academic in the field of History of Religion and ending up as an entrepreneur, with many stops in the middle. Roughly 3 years ago, as I was entering the startup community, I began attending Jeff Pulver’s famed breakfasts. They were a brilliant idea, a hodgepodge of individuals from every corner of the tech industry who assembled and mingled. It was so simple, yet very effective. more…
