  11. Yes, Rob, the Internet was around in 1982. I wasn’t on it, I was on BBS’s (ran one), Fidonet, BIX, Tymnet and Compuserve until 1989, when I got an account on Bitnet, which WAS part of the Internet. (Compuserve and other online services did not hook up to it until the early 90s.) I helped start one of the first commercial ISPs in the NY metro area in 1993.

    So yeah. I’ve been online a long time.

    Your theory that expressing my opinions makes me look weak is interesting. Usually I get “stupid” or “uninformed” or even “bigoted”, but not “weak”. I’ll add it to the list.
