Longer ago than I care to say I was skateboarding on the sidewalk in San Diego and went flying when I hit a big crack. I instinctively stiff-armed myself to blunt the impact so the elbow of my right arm took the force of the impact.
It swelled, but I didn’t break anything, so I never went to the doctor. About a year later it started to give me trouble, so I responded to an ad in the paper for one free acupuncture treatment.
I was amazed at the number of needles they stuck in my wrist, elbow, and shoulder– and how deep they went in.
After just that one session, I’ve never had a problem with it since.

I believe.
P.S. I like the new clean, spare look.
