Mark Rose and I talk politics. I hate politics, but I like watching people talk about it.

  2. pastrami in NYC? Carnegie Deli?? I heard that’s some good stuff, recommend it?

  3. That was interesting. Well, I can say that here in Italy the politicians support Hillary because, well, they know her entourage and it’d be easier to work with her in case she wins. They donno Obama and so it’s like a mistery to them.

I kinda like Obama because he seems to be a good guy with good intentions. I am not sure about his capabilities because I don’t know what he’s done exactly to be where he is. But he might do well with the support from the right people.

I dont really like Hillary that much. But she does have a hot assistant (Huma Abedin). Anyway I won’t be disappointed in case she wins: she would still be the first woman president and that rocks anyway.

I absolutely hate Giuliani because he incarnates the worst part of Italians and the worst part of Americans. Crap.

  4. Socialize health care? Return of 70-80% tax rates? Open borders? Decreased funding for our military.

Mark WTF are you kidding me man? Hildebeast!

Learn it people. Vote party not person.

Democrats support everything that’s bad for America.

Republicans aren’t perfect but overall care more about you and me by mainly keeping our military strong.

Protecting the USA from foreign invasion is the only true job of the government period… the rest of their meddling in your private affairs, waste filled social programs, passing unnecessary laws etc. etc. etc. should be stopped.

I say we hang all the bastards on the left and right (mainly the left) and start fresh.

    Bring it…

  5. What they hell does that guy know?

By Mark Rose on Jan 9, 2008

  6. @ 3. Keeping our military strong to a Republican politico means feeding big fat unaccountable Pentagon contracts to the weapons contractors, most of whom have no allegiance to this country because they steal the taxpayers’ money.

I wanna take Tiga on at our local fight club.

    Bare knuckles.

It’s a lot warmer here in Florida than Colorado, baby.

  7. ooo baby “Bare Knuckles” it sounds so kinky sweetie. :)

  10. Obama.

  11. Vince… I’m taking part and abusing Loren’s hospitality with your BS.

Time out for you… go to your room.

By Tiga Beck on Jan 9, 2008

  12. You’re a pussy, Tiga.

By Vince Williams on Jan 9, 2008

  13. I listened to Mark for about 3 minutes. Gotta be honest. Pretty vapid. Total Kool-Aid drinker. Hillary is no more qualified to be President than I am. Or Loren himself for that matter.

I could go into details, but this is Loren’s blog, not mine.

  14. First, let me just say that this might be the first political thread I’ve ever seen w here no one’s shouting “Vote Ron Paul!” over and over again.
That said, on the election it’s really just bad choices all around. I like Thompson but I strongly suspect I want him to win more than he wants to win so that’s a lost cause. I thought Bill Clinton was a decent President because he showed restraint so I’m not sure I want to see his wife trying to out liberal him for 4 years. That said she’s better than Edwards and Obama (who really is pretty one note)
The most interesting folks right now are the top tier Republicans. I dare you, DARE YOU to find three guys weirder than Mitt Rowney, Mike Huckabee and Rudy Guliani. It just isn’t going to happen.
Anyway, things are so messed up right now that I don’t think its going to make a difference who wins, but those are my thoughts on it.

  15. P.S. A bit off topic but I just wanted to throw this out there. I would give anything, anything I own to see Hilary and Barrack sing a Karoke version of Ebony and Ivory together. So if anyone can make that happen I think I could make it worth your while.

By Tom on Jan 10, 2008

  16. Tom that would hilarious! I could see that on SNL (way back, when SNL was worth watching w/Eddie Murphy and Jane Curtin doing the bit).

  17. A-B-B-M-B-C………

    ANYBODY BUT MRS. BILL CLINTON!

By Ace on Jan 10, 2008

  18. Why Hillary:

    a. she has more cajones than the other guys
    b. she’s got her husband by the short hairs
    c. she DOES NOT have John Kerry’s endorsement
    d. she showed cleavage on the Senate floor
    e. she’s a fighter and a winner

Come the convention, I could see the ebony/ivory routine but the woman is on top.

  19. Mark,

What kind of pussy whipped jew boy are you.

My God man, was your momma tough on you or something?

By Tiga Beck on Jan 10, 2008

  20. My mamma had it right - no matzoh for me before I scrubbed the floors. With Hillary as head Dominatrix I think we can whip Al Qaeda.

By Mark Rose on Jan 10, 2008

  21. She’s a ball busting bitch no doubt… and you think in a world mostly governed by men (that already hates us), this is a good idea?

    Mark, no matzoh for you.

By Tiga Beck on Jan 10, 2008

  22. Think Margaret Thatcher meets Golda Meier meets Vladimir Putin. Could be the dawn of a new era. We need change, change, change. Washington is broken. We need to fix it. No more partisian politics. Come together according to my point of view.

  23. More like Alien vs Predator instead have offspring.

    No one survives…
