   Who was the guy in that picture? I want him. He’s much handsomer than you.

   I will say this, though–you don’t look too bad with a couple days’ worth of beard.

   I’ll bet I could get you in shape. They don’t call me Captain Bligh for nothing (Captain Bligh got a bad rap, he was a good guy, like me).

   Yeah, Loren, it is. And the cosmic joke is that we don’t realize it till it’s too late to do anything about it.

   But I don’t regret a minute of my youth, for all those stupid moments when I could have done better, because that’s how I learned to be human.

   Hey Gang,

   I lost over 65 pounds and am still losing in about 4 1/2 months since I started drinking that tea Oprah, Rachael Ray and Kevin Trudeau drink. It’s called Wuyi Oolong tea.
