is it like loading a keylogger on your Pc.. They can see what you are surfing collect the data.. thus a Remote Machine with Spyware Enabled.. and They get your data..

Nonsense “Unknown Caller”… looks like you are too much into the conspiracy world.. Conduit toolbars are certified by TRUSTe … if you know what that mean.. no spyware. A while ago I downloaded emusic toolbar that was done on Conduit Platform.. cool one. By the way, do you really think TechRunch will put Spyware on their site?
