Heroes are ordinary people, men and women, who sometimes perform extraordinary deeds of valor, but most of their service is in the ordinary acts of everyday life.
Let’s not forget our troops who are still sacrificing and dying in Iraq and Afghanistan, nor the ordinary citizens of those countries who wish only for peace to go about their daily lives.
