    I agree with you however a couple of well known bloggers like Winer and Scoble, pander to Pirillo, yet are never called out. I think the same is true regarding Arrington, the one hand washes the other relationship tends to silence A-listers from calling bullshit on bloggers who are in a position to hand out candy..Gnomedex and Techcrunch 20 come to mind.
