   The player still replays unless you manually turn it off.

   What do you have against redheads? Some reds are hot. He looks more like a strawberry blond to me.

   Speaking as a gay guy, Nick has no fashion sense or color sense.

   I only watched half his show, I think it’s awful. That’s all I could stomach.

   Who will watch this? I know gays won’t.

   Jvon’s right about the reflections off his glasses, too, they’re distracting.

   The guys over at 901am have a great thing going, and I think David Krug is cute.

   The player is still a work in progress. Yeah basically the show is horrible, but there is certain vibe to the kid. You know gays won’t. I know at least 3 gay geek bloggers who will.

   Nick seems alright, and he’s a good writer. I’m just surprised that the production values for his videos aren’t higher.

   I don’t see any content there that will draw people in. His home page looks like something from a 60’s flashback–the colors–bleeah.

   I know I don’t know everything, I’m just a ‘typical’ American male who thinks he does sometimes.

   Don’t like your new player. No progress bar. No time duration displayed. In fact all users controls vanish when you activate it.

   The skirmishes in the “blog business” (an oxymoron if there ever was one) are of no interest to me.

   I believe in blogocombat, but some of these disputes are awfully…er, my flaying saucer has returned and I must go to my station in space once more, to guard Earth from V rays.

   Look Shiny is not my cup of tea. I think it is fundamental error for a video show to “try to be TV”.

   TV sucks. It is a horrible model for creativity or business. A dying dinosaur. So why do video shows ape TV?

   Will the vlogosphere deteriorate into Entertainment Tonight?

   Do vloggers think they’re going to be Jay Leno or Bill Maher or that guy uh John Stewart or whoever?

   This is why I listen to a lot of music, and avoid TV like the plague. Books are nice, too.

   OK that podtech thing says it’s buffering at 0% and spins and spins and nothing happens. Not having good luck over here the past couple days.

   The LookShiny guy isn’t doing it for me either. If this guy wanted to talk about the latest Xbox games, I might listen to him. I wouldn’t give a crap, but I’d listen. When he started talking about socialites, I had a WTF moment. I might believe he lives in his parents basement, but I do not believe he gets invited to parties with Paris Hilton.

   Britney Spears, maybe.

   We’re trying to isolate this “buffering” problem at PodTech. Unfortunately we can’t reproduce it. The content is on a global distribution network.

   Are you guys seeing this problem on the site or are you pulling the feed from elsewhere?

    It’s right off the site. The last one Loren posted plays fine, this one still does not.

    I’m in the Seattle metro area on Verizon DSL if that helps.

    There was this guy see.
    He wasn’t very bright and he reached his adult life without ever having learned “the facts”.
    Somehow, it gets to be his wedding day.
    While he is walking down the isle, his father tugs his sleeve and says,

    Hours later he gets to the hotel room with his beautiful blushing bride and he calls his father,
