Shel doesn’t understand the gigantic gap between UK libel laws and the ones in the US. Much easier to win in UK.
Also, videos were spoken so they’d have to be Slander, not Libel. Plus, Shel is a “public figure” and subject to a much higher standard when seeking damages in any slander or libel suit (see Falwell v. Flynt).

Of course your puppetry falls within in the realm of protected First Amendment speech as satire, it’s preposterous to call it “identity theft”. If Shel is too lame to secure his domain name, his loss.
What I’m not getting, however, is what kind of papers you could possibly serve him. ? Harassment? Probably difficult to prove.
