My friend Dragan “The Dragon Man” Krstic (@krdr) corrected me yesterday (hvala Dragane!): the whole notion of Slavic hospitality is *hardly* a Turkish thing. Quite the opposite: the Slavs taught the Turks how to be hospitable! Here are more thoughts about how the Slavs behave towards their guests… This Mel Gibson is really ruing my vibe.
